So I would stay away from those, not only because the Maytag was a leaker, but the poor customer service from Whirlpool. Most dishwashers will do a good job, just look for ones with the Energy Star labels. Older models that you find used many years ago did not do a good job, and really used lots of energy. I would definitely say GE. I have four kids, 2 grandkids,(all live nearby) and I cook a lot! You'll get your money's worth out of the GE. I’ve had Maytag, Kenmore, Frigidaire and GE.
