To do a decent job, you would need to take it apart- and that alone is not a great idea. The main reason, is if you ever want to sell it, no one will want to buy a "custom" painted laptop. You know those areas that have wore off? Just think of how fast user applied paint will where off. I would recommend NOT attempting top paint your laptop. You can buy that at walmart, or Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or any local hobby store. They also make a spray paint with epoxy glue in it.
